Same size hubby wears. Lands End catalog has XL XLong in a lot of items. He buys all his casual pants and his oxford shirts from them. Much cheaper than having shirts made at the local Hong Kong Tailor! (he has a 37 1/2” sleeve, buys 38s from Lands End.)
