Thank you for being a Tea Party Patriot. As you maybe aware, Tea Party Patriots is the go forward organization for the Tea Party Movement. Occasionally, we will send you emails from the National Coordinators to let you know what is happening with Tea Party Patriots across the country.

Today, we have a time-sensitive Call to Action for you to turn your Passion into Action. Also, we there is an update on various Tea Party Patriots events that are happening in the coming weeks.

Turn Your Passion to Action with Cap and Trade

Alert: Tell Congress You Oppose the $3,100 Per Family Cap-and-Trade Tax!

President Obama, Nancy Pelosi, and Congressman Henry Waxman are aggressively pressuring Democrats to support and pass the Cap-and-Trade bill. The bill is titled "American Clean Energy Security Act of 2009" or ACES. It is coming up for a vote in committee. It will be presented on the House floor for an up and down vote as early as tomorrow.

Passage of this bill will hurt every American and Devastate the Economy!

Time is of the essence, we must act NOW. We do not have the luxury of waiting another day. Congress plans to push ACES through by Friday. Stopping this bill will require everyone to call their Representatives along with all the others in the Country TODAY. We need to fax, call, send emails and tell everyone we know to do the same. You enjoyed the Tax Day Tea Parties. You are glad you could express yourself with your First Amendment rights. You are ready for more!

Get ready for another round of Tea Parties on Independence Day. You can go to Tea Party Patriots Calendar to find where the next Tea Party will be in your area. If you are not going to be in town, we've got you covered! Check the Tea Party Patriots Calendar to find a Tea Party in the area of the country where you will be celebrating the Fourth.

Many of you have said you want to have March in Washington. We have listened and we are having a March on Washington on September 12th. Freedom Works initiated this National Taxpayer Protest. Freedom Works has asked Tea Party Patriots, among other organizations, to join this March. Be sure to check out the 912 March on Washington and Tea Party Patriots sites for more details, hotel arrangements, and more.

Leading up to the 912 March on Washington, there is going to be a Tea Party Express Bus Tour. Tea Party Patriots National Coordinator Amy Kremer will be on the Bus Tour. The Tea Party Express Bus Tour will begin in California and end in Washington, DC in time for the March on Washington.

But, but, I thought the liberals said tea baggers don’t know what they are angry about.

Besides, Obama claims not to know that these tea parties happened or what they are about. So, if Obama doesn’t acknowledge them, does that mean they didn’t happen?

If a tree falls in the woods and nobody hears it, does it make a sound? If a tea party movement happens, and Obama and liberals don’t acknowledge them, does that mean they didn’t happen?

Yep! We will be there! (In fact, we already ARE there, LOL)

Here is some of the info about our event from the facebook page:

We have:

*FREE PARKING - You can come the night before and stay (dry camp) in your motorhomes!

*Huge tent with fans

*Unlimited vendor space @ $250 booth fee/ YES - free market

*An entire covered kids play area including a petting zoo, pony rides, jumpers, etc.

*Misters cooling station

*Stages - bands - guest speakers - entertainment

*86 Tables - 300 Chairs - some bleachers

*Trams from the parking lot to the gates

You are welcome to bring chairs, coolers, or food - or you can simply purchase food and beverages from the vendors. There will be no alcohol.

Between 9:00AM and 11:00AM we will also have a street march on Tex Drive (with shuttles running between the Agri-center and the march location), which is the frontage road adjacent to HWY 99. The City of Tulare has given us a permit and will close the road for the duration of our march.
The rally will conclude at 2 PM, allowing ample time to return home to your own traditional Fourth of July celebrations!

This event is going to be huge. There will be caravans coming down from Fresno and points north and up from Bakersfield and points south. Please, everyone within driving distance, mark your calendar and plan to come and rally with us!

Ventura County Tea Party Patriots will hold a demonstration at the county government center on July 4th from 11 to 2 at Ventura, California. Keep the resolve brewing! On tax day we had 3,000 come to the Government center. Lets make it more this time. Let them know that the people will have their message heard! Bring your signs, costumes and passion. Drive by and honk your horn, fly your rattlesnake flag of freedom, and cheer the new Sons and Daughters of liberty as we, united, tell those in power that not all are in lock step with their spending ways! This is a grassroots event—we are not GOP, we are Not Democrats, we are Americans. See you there!

I've got you on the tentative list for one of the guest rooms, my son and his wife in the other. Let me know when you know for sure if you can come down.

Keep in mind they have three dogs; two Bostons and an old Pug. We have our two fur-babies. So, it will be a bit like staying in a kennel with five dogs, but they are a lot of fun - if you like dogs. LOL
