This is a vanity request. I have a nephew who is arguing with his teacher and other students that man-made global warming is not an issue. I would ask if there is any climate skeptic experts who would be willing to give at talk in the Burlington Vermont area to students and teachers? Please let me know.
Have the class and teacher come to your house and shovel the global warming off your driveway.

here’s the story about a 15 year old Portland, Maine student (girl) who debunked Global Warming....and you’ll see she has a website, also...
I see him a remarkable young man, for three reasons:
1.) He has managed not to absorb the brainwashing of his teachers.
2.) He has enough courage and conviction to stand up to his teacher. That is a very difficult thing indeed. You are young and completely vulnerable to teachers, from both an emotional standpoint AND from a mechanical standpoint ("Disagree with me? Here is your "C" on your paper...")
3.) He is willing to brave the disapproval of his peers, who have been force fed that mush with a spoon since they were old enough to begin to watch "Dora The Explorer". I use this as an example, since I was actually in a mall today, and there was a whole section of the mall cordoned off for some kind of "green" Dora the Explorer event. "Green" cars being raffled off with all this environmental stuff painted on it, young girls with microphones at a very loud volume. Those kids were being brainwashed. I believe there is a lot we can do to improve our environment, but what I saw today disturbed me. You begin to wonder, "How long will it be before kids will be encouraged to rat on their parents if they see them using incandescent lightbulbs or throwing recyclables in the trash?"
So, I think you and that kid's parents have a lot to be proud of. I wouldn't mind shaking his hand.

Where the hell is all that global warming, we could really use some over here in Connecticut? It’s almost mid April and I still have to run the heat in my house. Is Al the overstuffed blowhard sure the world is warming or is he taking an uneducated guess?
