Joe Wurzelbacher says he felt "dirty" after "seeing some of the things that take place" on the campaign trail.
'Joe the Plumber' told conservative radio host Glenn Beck on Tuesday that he felt "dirty" after hitting the campaign trail with Republican presidential nominee John McCain and "seeing some of the things that take place," Politico reported.

So, if you were helping your child or some significant other with an assignment or homework, and they were unable to understand a very simple concept that even the most simple minded boob should be able to understand, then you’d tell them they were a “dumb, moronic, idiotic dope and you were appalled by their stupidity”?
He’s just trying to keep his 15 minutes going. Cheap shot it is.
You nailed it. Joe turns out to be just another McCain hater.
old Fred didn't sound presidential until he did the commercial for McQueeg.
Fred had conservatism on his side but lacked fire in the belly.
Joe is right. So a random guy on a random street in Ohio is more correct than most seasoned politicians and commentators.
This reminds me of an old William F. Buckley quote where he said he’d rather be governed by 20 random names out of the New York City phone book than the leaders of Harvard.
He can join the club, we've got jackets.
Joe is pointing out the truth and it’s gonna piss off a lot of people again... only this time it will be Republicans.
The GOP is where it belongs right now thanks to it’s own stupidity, cowardice, and malfeasance.
as a serviceman McCain is a hero.
as a politician his actions deserve hatred. He was the worst possible Republican choice....(and I still voted for him).
90 percent of our problem is we don’t have enough BALLS!
The problem is we are not liars and vicious attackers and devious underhanded a$$holes like the democrats are. We would have to employ the same evil dirty politics that they do and its just not in the Republicans to behave that way. Besides the media would call them on it even though they never call the democrats on anything they do.
Oh please, Joe is not a McCain hater.
McCain is the one that turned Joe’s life upside down in the debate by using him as a prop.
Joe was a team player during the campaign. And it helped McCain, who acted like he didn’t know what the heck he was doing. Appearing on Saturday Night Live the weekend before the election was another one of many bonehead moves.
Remember McCain’s silence while Sarah was being trashed for a week after the election?
I didn’t think I could be more appalled by McCain, but he lowered the bar once again.
I am a firm believer that “true conservatives” have a SPINE, and call a spade a spade. Good MEN, like JTP, flush the “Mr. Nice Guy” nonsense down the crapper, where it belongs. 90 percent of McCain’s ideas are RINO BS... and come January 20, 2009, WE are ALL going to pay for his ineptitude.
DEAD ON TARGET!
Love Fred. And everything he stands for.
But can't we at least agree the the Republican Party desperately needs YOUNGER candidates with vitality, enthusiasm, personality, intellect, articulation, virility, and who can relate to people under the age of 60.
Far be it for me to insult our fabulous elderly generation, but the fact remains that the GOP has committed suicide by having people like Bob Dole and John McCain.. and even Fred Thompson as the FACE of the Republican Party.
In todays world (as opposed to the 1920s-1960s).. a US president must have physical stature, with a strong speaking voice, and it is absolutely necessary to have good TV personna.
Hey, it might strike some as shallow and contrived.... but it is the truth none the less.
The GOP will never again be a viable party until and unless we start to recruit younger, more energetic and communicative candidates who can EXPLAIN IN SIMPLE TERMS why conservatism and patriotism are the ingredients we need to prosper.
Nice try at subterfuge... but McCain is a GROWN MAN, not a child.
Yeah, running for congress... and cutting an album and dating a model, etc. I'm willing to bet this guy is a crappy plumber.
I hadn't heard that, thanks. Thompson / Palin would have been great!
Joe the Plumber is a normal American. Not some jerk holed up in d.C. isolated from the real world.
Then again you have to take in to account that John McLame is an arrogant ass to begin with.
