Controversy continues to surround President-elect Barack Obama's eligibility to serve as president, and a case involving his birth certificate waits for its day before the U.S. Supreme Court. A constitutional lawyer said were it to be discovered that Mr. Obama is not a natural-born U.S. citizen, it would have grave consequences for the nation.
According to the Constitution, a president must be a natural born citizen of the U.S. Mr. Obama's critics have failed to force him legally to produce his original birth certificate, and Mr. Obama has resisted any attempt to make him do so. Currently, only Hawaii Department of Health officials have access to Mr. Obama's original records.
Some of Mr. Obama's critics have said he was born in Kenya and have claimed he is a citizen of Kenya, Indonesia, or even a British subject.
Edwin Vieira, a constitutional lawyer who has practiced for 30 years and holds four degrees from Harvard, said if it were to be discovered Mr. Obama were not eligible for the presidency, it would cause many problems. They would be compounded if his ineligibility were discovered after he had been in office for a period of time.
"Let's assume he wasn't born in the U.S.," Mr. Vieira told The Bulletin. "What's the consequence? He will not be eligible. That means he cannot be elected validly. The people and the Electoral College cannot overcome this and the House of Representatives can't make him president. So what's the next step? He takes the oath of office, and assuming he's aware he's not a citizen, then it's a perjured oath."
Any appointments made by an ineligible president would have to be recalled, and their decisions would be invalidated.

If the fraudulent affirmative action candidate produces what he claims to be the long form BC then that automatically opens the vault copy to the public ... by producing a forgery claiming it to be authentic he would have removed the restriction on the disclosure of that document by ‘default’. I strongly suspect that his motive for hiding his actual long form certificate is related to a trail of conflicting claims he’s used throughout his life, to get into college on foreign student assistance, to travel to Pakistan as an Indonesian citizen, to run for the IL Senate on fraudulent claims, and run for president in spite of the fatc that his swearing no other names used or citizenship claimed is a fraud. This man’s life is a house of affirmative action cards, that’s why he has to keep ALL of his documentation hidden from public disclosure, because he has fraudulently promoted himself and his imagery will collapse like a house of affirmative action cards if even a simple school application is exposed.
Why is no part of the law or gov. holding this man responsible for bringing his birth certificate out in the open? How is it that he can get by with ignoring this procedure that every other candidate has been forthcoming with...
The question was asked, “what if he says, so what,what are you going to do about it?” Hasn't he, isn't he already saying that? We should all be screaming at the main stream media for their total black out on this...I don't care if you're a lib or a conservative..ask yourself, if this were a Republican or Conservative...do you really think they'd get this same coverage, or lack thereof?

I see it clearly stated constitutionally that should Barack Husein Obama or any candidate be declared legally ineligible for any reason,his name simply is removed from the list of those to be voted on by the electors.
The members of the Electoral College have constitutional freedom to select the person they think is the best choice;they are constrained to varying degree by state laws,traditions,oaths, or conscience, but I see no conbstitutional reason the electors couldn't choose any of the other declared presidential candidates.
Once the Electoral College votes ,and if Obama were still chosen by them,it becomes murkier.
Richard Nixon was forced from the presidency by his own party for covering up his staff involvement in a third-rate breaking-and-entering;anyone think the party that promotes voter fraud will care about THEIR guy being a presidential fraud?

Constitutionally there was nothing unfair about it, and if Obama is found to be ineligible then that doesn't change it. If he died there wouldn't be a repeat election. The election was held, the Constitution lays out the means to replace Obama if he is found to be ineligible, there will be no new election.
Based on what? Where does the Constitution specify that?
The SCOTUS may not rule him eligible or ineligible. What they can do to punt the ball out of their own backfield is to rule that he must release the vault copy. I suspect he has prepared for that exact scenario and his recent visit to ‘visit his dying grandmother’ whom he though so little of that once she died he remained stateside rather than honor her passing in even a memorial service may have now taken care of. Hawaiian Health official Fukino has connections to the Communist past of Hawai’i and to Barack’s Socialist father.

My understanding is that the 20th Amendment applies AFTER Obama would become “President-elect” which means AFTER the Electoral College votes on December 15 and if they vote for him. If Obama is found ineligible to hold office before the Electoral College meets, the Electors are free to vote for someone else and have the duty to only vote for someone who qualifies constitutionally.
Illegal Alien. But, that gives all of our other Illegal Aliens a bad name.
