Gavin Newsom knows that 8 will pass. He was on TV making disgusted remarks about how we are using the Constitution to take away rights. He didn’t look happy at all. Cool!

Yikes. I wonder where those returns are from — less than 8% reporting. Nevada County, perhaps? Surely McClintock will carry Placer handily.
