I didn’t believe it before. Why should I believe it now?

Lol...I'll bet it did, too! ...especially that Dana Blanton broad...she has been in the tank for Obama all season and the Fox polls have been some of the most stupidly skewered toward the democrats as any polls out there.

I absolutely cannot stand her when she comes on and starts spouting her totally ridiculous polls.

You don’t seem to believe any good news for McCain.

Seems to me, I could be wrong, that you enjoy polls with favorable Obama stats. Wondering why.

Polls tightening dramatically all over the place, and the story in the MSM is still how tough it looks for McCain.

You obviously haven't followed all of my posts. When the most reputible polls were closing tha gap (IBD/TIPP, Battleground, etc.), I was cautiously optimistic and said so.

Anyone who believes that I want Obama to win this election could not be more wrong.

“Recently Democratic vice presidential candidate Joe Biden said the next president would be “tested” by an international crisis in the first six months of his presidency. Who do voters think would better respond to that test? McCain has a 52-39 percent advantage over Obama on this measure. Among those important independent voters, McCain holds a similar edge: 53-37 percent.”

Thanks Biden!

You’re right. I should concentrate my efforts on the polls that show McCain in the lead.

I’m still laughing at this quote.

The internals are more realistic too. The only one who believed that McCain was getting blown out were the trolls

I don’t believe most of the polls and this one has been atrocious this year (and another poster mentioned that it gave +2% to Kerry).

The only good thing to come of this is that FOX will be forced to quote it today. I’d hope.

Obama is now in the danger zone.

You’re right. I should concentrate my efforts on the polls that show McCain in the lead.

The criticism of the polls by most here has been about the weighting in those polls of certain groups that would favor Obama.

So if such a poll favoring Obama were to show McCain doing well, it is significant news.

“So now we’re supposed to like Fox News’ poll”
I don’t think any of them are intended to gage public opion, their intent, to mold opinion, is much more sinester. Polls wouldn’t be nearly as important if we hadn’t turned into a democracy sometime ove the last 75 years. Rush just said that we have had over 700 national polls for this election, that is not for the people running the polls to obtain information!

no--nobody here expects you to like this poll... however, i take this poll as an indication of a trend... that the race is tightening... or that it is beyond tightening and McCain is pulling ahead...
