OBAMA: THE ILLEGAL ALIEN

I have become 100% convinced, to a moral certainty, beyond a reasonable doubt, that Barack Obama is not only not a "natural born citizen" as required by the U.S. Constitution to be president, but that he was not even born in the USA, not born in Hawaii, probably in Kenya, never naturalized. If he is elected, he will be the UnConstitutional President from the moment he takes the oath of office, the first president who is not a citizen of the United States.

Why I am so sure?

I was not convinced by the lawsuits filed by Philip Berg, Andy Martin, Jerome Corsi, and others seeking disclosure of Obama's birth certificate. I was not convinced by the books and articles that now abound contesting Obama's origins. I was convinced by the behavior of Barack Obama and his lawyers, asking the governor of Hawaii to seal Obama's birth certificate so it could not be seen, by anyone, and by the behavior of Barack Obama and his lawyers, sealing his records at Columbia University and Harvard Law. Barack Obama is hiding himself from America. And he wants to be POTUS, and Commander-in-Chief.

Actually being born in Kenya makes you a Kenyan especially if your mother wasn’t legally married to your father.

By the way the law was written by the Congress of the United States, it’s called oddly enough the US code.

I would like to include in a post a graphic image, which is in a PDF file format, of an actual template of an early 1962 Hawaiian Certificate Of Live Birth document. Does being born in another country make you less American, tainted somehow?

Yes, if one of your parents was not American. It means you may have divided loyalties, as Obama does. Witness his participation in Kenyan politics, his claim to be a "citizen of the world", his dedication to black racism, and his proposed meals on wheels program for sub-Saharan Africa.

Who wrote that law?

The founding fathers wrote the Constitution. The US Congress filled in the details.

Any state official, Governor, Lt Governor, Attorney General, Secretary of State, Election Board Official. If you think you are absolved of responsibility and are holding the DNC responsible, you are wrong. Many of you have sworn an oath to uphold the Constitution. You may be subject to impeachment, expulsion and legal action. You have a duty to the US Constitution and the people of your state.

State election officials from the Secretaries of State and Election Boards have been quoted as saying they take their cue from the DNC for candidates placed on the ballot. That does not absolve them of responsibility. They are bound to uphold the Constitution. These officials have been forewarned. It is their duty to ensure that no voter in their state is disenfranchised.

Electoral College Electors, knowingly voting for an ineligible candidate, will be violating the Constitution. Woe to anyone with election powers, clinging to tradition, and blaming the DNC for not vetting Obama. You have no excuse and will be held accountable.

He may simply be a b&stard (hey, some of us are) and worried about the embarrassment aspect. He also bears a much stronger semblance to Frank Marshall Davis than to his purported father. That said, he’s running for the most public office on earth. Demands for privacy at this level are unrealistic - ask Gov. Palin. And in this case, it’s a constitutional matter to boot.

I’ve heard this about David before, and honestly it might be true, but I don’t believe it. It’s very easy to make people look alike by showing side by side photos taken at the same angle if there is a basic similarity, which there is - they’re both black and neither is fat.

But, to me, Obama (the Kenyan) just doesn’t look like most American blacks, who are part white and part West African. He does remind me of some East Africans I’ve seen. Some of the photos of Obama Sr look like Obama Jr, despite Sr being much blacker. Obama’s white features do tend to place him further genetically from a true African than from an Afro-American and that may be one reason some think he resembles Davis more than Obama Sr.
