Pennsylvania's former deputy attorney general and Sen. Hillary Rodham Clinton supporter Philip J. Berg has filed a lawsuit in federal court in Pennsylvania accusing presumptive Democratic presidential candidate Sen. Barack Obama of lying about his U.S. citizenship, which would make him ineligible to be president.
Mr. Berg is one of a faction of Clinton supporters who haven't heeded the party's call for unity, filing the suit just days before the opening of the Democratic National Convention, which will nominate Mr. Obama as the party's presidential candidate.

We are receiving many emails asking what happens if in fact Senator Obama is forced to step down or is removed as the Democratic Nominee. For this reason, we have posted the Democratic National Comittee's 2008 Call Rules and Regulations pertaining to replacement of a Democratic Nominee.
In particular, page 19, Section "G" states:
G. Filling a Vacancy on the National Ticket: In the event of death, resignation or disability of a nominee of the Party for President or Vice President after the adjournment of the National Convention, the National Chairperson of the Democratic National Committee shall confer with the Democratic leadership of the United States Congress and the Democratic Governors Association and shall report to the Democratic National Committee, which is authorized to fill the vacancy or vacancies.

This is not about border security. It is about FRAUD in a presidential election. The Berg lawsuit will be heard by a federal judge who ordered that all parties be served properly, then he will hear the case. Timing unknown at this point, at least publicly.

The federal judge would require BHO to furnish reliable documentation that he is a natural born American citizen.
If he cannot or will not, he would have to step down as the Democratic candidate. See Post #1 for the process by which the DNC would pick a new candidate.
Where did you see that he registered late? Like everything else with Obama, facts are very elusive.
I meant a tad beyond that. What if we have Hillary grabbing back all her female-identity voters? Just asking.
Very likely she would be the DNC's candidate, unless they opted to promote Biden to the top of the ticket, and choose a new VP candidate -- who would doubtless be Hillary.
Philip Berg is a Hillary supporter.
