I love your contributions of medical lingo. Bill Clinton was a genius in this category, too. He even persuaded Newt Gingrich in some instances. In laymen’s terms I used to describe this phenomenon as being a mirrored empty shell, reflecting in words off of the shell back at whomever Clinton was facing.

Thanks, but the term "psychopathically fluent" or "psychopathic fluency" is not mine but rather that of Harry Stack Sullivan. His book, The Psychiatric Interview,once read by all psychiatric residents, spent considerable time on this subject.

No more. But the definition and discussion of psychopathic fluency is still valid and useful.
