Another Bleak Wednesday for Clinton
WashingtonPost ^ | 2/20/2008 | Dan Balz

It is another bleak Wednesday for Hillary Clinton's campaign, the second in as many weeks in which she has awakened to the aftermath of what President Bush would call a thumpin'.

Was she expected to lose Wisconsin? Probably. Was she expected to lose it by 17 percentage points? Never. On top of that came another drubbing in a caucus state, this time in Hawaii, where Obama had lived as a child. The margin there was 51 points.

Whatever the Clinton campaign thought would work has not worked. The carefully crafted phrases -- Obama is about promises, Clinton is about solutions -- fell flat in the Badger state. The negative ads about whether Obama was ducking debates did not work either.

The real fun will be when Hillary finally....finally, admits to herself that she will never, ever be president. At that point I wonder which of them will file for divorce first?

The real tragedy is that unqualified, screaming socialist, and undeserving candidate Obama might become president/commander in chief. With unleashed wild woman Michelle by his side, God help us all.

There is no mystery here. Most people hate her with a passion.

Is this a quagmire? Does she have an exit strategy?

What’s going to be really funny is when she finally bows out she’ll be expected to actively, enthusiastically, support Hussein Obama. She is tuning out to be the gift that just keeps giving.

“Oh and that whole issue of Repubbies staying home and not voting..”

I have an idea republicans are voting heavily. In the primaries and for Obama.
