You’re not listening.
I am not taking my ball and going home. I am still voting, I am just NOT voting for the media favorite who has the “best shot” at beating Hillary. To cast a vote for popularity rather than principle is wrong.

And if the principle is to save the Republic from destruction and avoid perhaps millions of innocent deaths in the process? All I am asking you is to please, please for the love of God use the brain that God gave you for a minute and think what a danger Hillary Clinton represents, to each of us here and the country at large. Listen to the terrible things she says she is going to do, read what she has written about destroying her opposition, look at what she has done in her ruthless pursuit of the highest office in the land, arguably the most powerful political position on Earth. Remember what she did to Billy Dale, a minor, inconsequential federal bureaucrat who by fate happened to stand in Hillary’s way of pursuit of money for her friends? What was his “crime”? Simply keeping some of Hillary’s friends from making money off the federal dole. If she’ll do that to a minor league bureaucrat, what do you think she’ll do to people like we have here on FR, people who will seriously oppose Hillary in the political arena? Hillary sends out goons like Anthony Pellicano to harass people like Kathleen Willey, whose only “crime” was to be one of many victims of Hillary’s husbands sexual predations. When Hillary is President, she’ll have armies of Pellicanos out there crushing political opponents, all paid for by your tax dollars. And look what she’s doing now to Barack Obama, a do-nothing first-term Senator whose “crime” was to dare to oppose the Queen’s coronation. You want to talk about “principles” rather than “popularity”? I’d say saving the lives and liberties of yourself and your fellow citizens by defeating Hillary is the one “principle” that should stand at the head of the list.

*We* don’t save anyone from anything.
And regarding how bad Hillary is, I completely understand that and completely agree with you. However, my disdain for her will not supercede the loyalty I have to God and my conscience.
In the course of history God has placed evil men in positions of authority over others, for reasons known only to Him. His will won’t be stayed by you or I voting for a certain individual. He blesses and curses nations based on thier submission to Him. If we submit ourselves to His word, and vote by our conscience instead of compromising, perhaps He will be pleased to send us a candidate that would be worthy of that vote.
You put too much trust in man, FRiend, and not enough in the sovereign Cretaor and Sustainer of the universe.

Give me a reason to vote for a Republican on the national level. Is there someone who wants to eliminate the unconstitutional “affirmative action” and racial preferences? Is there someone who will eliminate the travesty of “hate crime” laws? Is there someone who will eliminate the threat by head-choppers? Is there someone who will refuse the lies of the race-hucksters and make whiney underachievers shape up?
I don’t know of anyone.
Bush was a great disappointment. He was no conservative.
The Republicans have turned into democrat-lite. Why bother?

Don't get me wrong. I'm not denigrating your Faith. I am a man of Faith myself. But I believe that God wants us to act in ways that are to the betterment of our fellow Man. God works through people as well as the Holy Spirit here on Earth. I do not believe that allowing Hillary Clinton to be elected President will be to the overall betterment of our country, ourselves, or our fellow Man.
You obviously want the last word and you can have it, because I'm done. Just remember after Hillary becomes your President, that I told you so, and don't come crying to me about her injustice to you or anyone else of Faith, because it will be too late. If the Republic isn't destroyed, we'll be stuck with Hillary and the 'Rats for a generation or more, which will effectively destroy the nation as we know it today.
