I keep tellin' y'all, the man is running. He has determined that Clinton has a lock over Breckgirl and Osama, so he can go head to head with her, in his "noncampaign" strategy, and wait for her to throw the first mud.

His ace in the hole is, he knows way way too much about the Clinton Crime Family and their internal workings from 1992 through 2000. He knows who the bodies are and where they are buried and has the memos and emails to back it up. These take the Clinton's primary weapon, personal destruction, out of their hands, and make Algore bulletproof.

Notice he is again raising his profile as climate guru, as the announcement of the Nobel Peace Prize begins to approach. Timing is everything. The 'rats who have no faith in Clinton, or who just plain hate her like normal people do, will mount a rising clamor for their Hee-ro.

Expect him to "answer the call of his countrymen and the world, in this time of global crisis and emergency, to bring us together!" jmnsho
