While there is some speculation Little Dick is a Rump Ranger, I prefer not to lower myself, and merely style him a bully, thug, and abuser of the law.

Besides, my lawyer is the former Federal Magistrate for the Southern District, and he eats little "solicitors" like Dicky for lunch...
