- #388; "On This Week,, Ben Affleck closed with a quote from Franklin Roosevelt and some additional commentary. It was about poverty, but if you listened to the words and didn't look at the background video, it sounded like Ben was agreeing with President Bush about the war against terror. Interesting."
bray
- #416; "One thing you will never hear from Pravda is that the backbone of Al Queda is broken. It has been broken by both us and the locals. This war will be over in 6 mos."
BusterBear
- #417; "... Thinking and investigating and recalling history is HARD for them, Johnnie. Nowadays, journalism is a social welfare program for the mentally deprived. (Just look at Pinch's college scores.)"
Darth Republican
- #308; "If Michael Mukasey is nominated and confirmed as Attorney General, whats to stop him from appointing Ted Olson as Independent Counsel to look into some dubious campaign donations?"
HonestConservative
- #242; "MOrning kiddies. ... Just making a quick post and run. Am packing to leave DC after GOE. ... Boy do I have pictures. I have to get home have a CD made and post here, and I cant wait to see them. ... I met Michelle M. AND Duncan Hunter! (I think I scared him). ... It was a wonderful thing, I hope to do again. This time Ill be better at the logistics of where to stay and be and when to do it. ... Later. ... P.S. Juan Williams is a stunade."
kabar
- #187; "No questions this morning about the Hsu scandal? It is the lead story again in today's WP. Biden received contributions from Hsu. ... Hsu Cast Wide Net For Clinton Donors"
- #253; "Here is one take on his firing: 'Clark was fired by Secretary of Defense William Cohen shortly after the war ended and, just to make sure Clark didn't try to make an end-run, the chiefs leaked the firing to the Washington Post. The reasons for his dismissal seem clear: Clark had pushed a policy that Cohen and the chiefs had opposed (and, even after the war, continued to oppose); he went around them in his advocacy; he was too close, for the chiefs' taste, to Clinton (in signing Clark's release papers, Clinton was led to believe the move was a normal succession, not a dismissal); and, toward the end of the war, he pushed for a ground-invasion option that none of the Pentagon's top officials supported in the slightest.'"

- #25; "... If the public was as opposed as the MSM claims it is then theres no chance Bush would have won this past week. Actions speak much louder than polls."
- #44; "I love the knots the Dems have tied themselves in with their own talking points. They want us to only fight Al Qaeda...but Al Qaeda is in Iraq. Then they argue that whats going on in Iraq is a civil war but now it seems the only ones the Iraqis are fighting is Al Qaeda."
- #51; "Its interesting how the foreign papers seem to have a better grasp on these subjects than our domestic ones do. Of course the primary objective of our media is to give the Dems cover so I guess it shouldnt surprise me." (Note: reply to anita's post #35)
- #91; "... The medias idea of compromise is the GOP giving into the Dems. Never vice versa."
- #127; "By the Dems logic they appear to have no problem if a genocide were to occur after we pulled out."
mewzilla
- #15; "I saw Russert on the Today show a couple of days ago. He was stating that the American public opposes the war. Congress opposes the war. Then whined about how 43 was getting his way on the war anyway. ... Question for Timmy: Russert, if the public and Congress oppose the war, why doesn't Congress cut off funding...?"
- #57; "Is this the same article? This one appeared in one of our local Gannet-owned fishwraps. ... Thousands March in D.C. War Protest ... And it's no wonder their circulation's in the dumper." (Note: reply to Alas Babylon!'s post #41)

- #150; "LOL--Chris Wallace: 'John Edwards is perhaps the only man in the United States who did not see the MoveOn.org Petraeus ad.' ... ...yet Edwards' wife saw it, and is one of the few Dems to speak out against it. Who is running for President in the Edwards family?"
- #165; "Kristol points out that the NY Times used the same description in their editorial as MoveOn.org used in their ad... 'Petraeus cooked the books.' ... Meanwhile, Juan agreed that Giuliani made a smart political move by publishing the retort ad in the NY Times. Rudy has already recouped the cost of the ad and more through increased donations."
- #226; "Good grief--Timmy Russert describes 'decorated veteran John Kerry' first, and with a tad more emphasis than 'decorated veteran John McCain.' ... Of course, Russert omitted the tenure for each man serving in Vietnam. Three months and rice-in-the-butt versus 5½ years as a POW. No difference worth mention..."
- #415; "'I was really disappointed in McCains performance today. Kerry was spewing vile calumnies and McCain was sleepwalking.' ... I had a different take on this one. I thought McCain appeared much the better statesman today than Kerry. McCain remained outwardly calm while dispelling Kerry's whining talking points. I don't believe McCain would have gained any more yards had he lost his temper in the face of yellow-belly Kerry, who was imploding all by himself. Even Timmy Russert looked pained to see Kerry so outmatched. ... All in all, I thought McCain had a good performance today. Now, this doesn't mean I would vote for McCain. Just an honest opinion, albeit a different one from the majority here today." (Note: reply to my post #324)
NormsRevenge
- #395; "To Jean Claude sKerry, Its all about equations. We have to change the equations. ... Ill give McCain credit for sitting by that oaf and trying to rebut his idiocy, too bad he is also an idiot on so many other issues. ... Timmy was Timmy,, nuff said."

- #156; "Kerry, who served in Vietnam by the way (in case you didnt know), wants to get the UN involved in Iraq. Last time they were involved we had a little thing called the 'oil for food' scandal. ... Yeah, lets bring those guys back in, thatll work."
Right_in_Virginia
- #124; "Biden doesnt think it would empower AQ if we cut and run. Bidens answer? He thinks theyd say 'hey, these guys are finally getting smart' ... Biden is working so above his pay grade."
- #161; "Okay...now Juan Williams is defending the moveon.org ad, claiming the majority of Americans believe the General is Bushs puppet. ... Has Juan ever considered a nice little stint in rehab??"
roses of sharon
- #304; "Remember Michael Ware reporting FOR Hezbollah last summer? ... He is/was a terrorist dream propagandist. ... He hangs with them, and videos them planting bombs, and killing Israeli and US soldiers. ... CNN should be ashamed."
- #346; "Yep, and Ware is also the one who was drunk during a McCain presser in Iraq, was clearing his throat and laughing while McCain was talking. IIRC, it was said that he reeked of mouthwash and booze. ... Ware and Cafferty, two drunks who get to spew at America on CNN. ... What a disgrace, CNN should pay dearly."
- #427; "Ware definitely gives info to his friends in the insurgency/terrorist ranks. He admitted way back in 03/04 that he has 'secret' access to their on-line communications, and talks with them regularly. ... He also admitted early on in 04, that he 'stays a little bit drunk', to stave off the stress of war. ... The US military should never allow him access to their intell."
shadeaud
- #157; "Kerry is sooooooooo proud of our troops and the actions they are performing....isnt he the one who said our troops are killing Innocent civilians in the dark of the night? Can anyone imagine Gore or kerry or even ms clinton as the leader of the free world on Sept. 11, 2001"

- #438; "Even his own congressman is that much of a stinking and weak rat ... completely void of character and honor. ... http://www.americanthinker.com/2007/09/general_petraeus_congressman.html ... <snip> ... Petraeus was also gracious, when he was doubly wounded by insensitive reporters who insisted on asking him how he felt about the betray us ad (idiots!). ... He has maintained his sterling professional demeanor throughout. He said the wound was somewhat blunted by a hometown friend who sent him a note of support with the poem, If. ... - #113; "Guess Timmy needs some basic lessons in Civics. ... The President is a Co Equal branch of Govt. HE is not a clerk of the Congress. He also happens to be CIC. Bush is not getting away with anything. He is doing his job."
- #254; "It appalling watching the so called 'news media' in action. You can routinely pick up a press release from one of these wacko job fringe groups then compare it to the 'news' coverage of the event. The PC media is so corrupt and lazy they routinely simply rewrite the press release and report it as 'news'."
- #341; "'Kerry...we need to get out of Iraq in order to deal with Iran.' ... That is possibly the stupidest think I have ever heard from Kerry's mouth. Does this utter moron even KNOW where Iraq is? Look at the map of the ME Kerry you arrogant ass! Iraq is where we WANT to be to deal with Iran. That this putz was even nominated for the job of CIC is a national disgrace."
- #378; "Of course not. Democrat Congress slimes never have any problem with genocide. They only care about getting and maintaining political power. They will be remembered in History as a particularly odious bunch of gutter slime. Much the way the Appeasement Now Chamberlain types of the 1930s are currently viewed."
- #410; "I love the way Leftist trash like Whaaa just make up things to validate their partisan bigotry. ... According to far Leftist polling outfit that does the NY Times-CBS poll, 57% of Americans trust the Military more then they trust either Bush or the Congress on Iraq. ... Since Whaa Williams is nothing but a mouthpiece for the Democrat party, that means they trust the Military MORE then they trust the so called 'news media' on Iraq."
- #419; "Ware is a Green Zone warrior. He not a Journalist, he is a propagandist. If they want real journalism, they should look to Mike Yon"
- #432; "Reading Reeds bio I suspect he is Ranger qualified, not actually a former Army Ranger. That quite a significant difference a real Journalists, not a reporter repeating a press statement handed them by a Democrat party operative, would of known."
9th Place Bahbah
- #74; "McCain is in his prozac mode this morning. ... Kerry just referred to Iraq as the 'Bush/McCain strategy' ... He says its just a policy for staying, not for winning. ... I hope he makes McCain really angry and we get some fireworks. ... Tim gives Kerry 3 times the time he gives McCain so far."
- #80; "Here is the mistake I think the left makes when they try to turn this into a numbers games with the troops. Will anyone really care of there are 130,000 military in Iraq next year if the country is largely at peace? ... Its not a numbers issue, its an events issue. ... Kerry...we are in Iraq on false pretenses in the middle of a civil war. (He is such an idiot.)"
- #100; "Kerry says the Iraqis are just resting on the American presence. ... In fact, they are fighting and dying in large numbers right along side us. ... Kerry...we need to get out of Iraq in order to deal with Iran."
- #121; "Kerry is now on the 'the Sunni and Shia will never reconcile so there is no point to this thing' line. ... He reads from the article written by the guys from the 82nd which he has conveniently at hand. ... He is wrong about who you listen to about how a war is going. He will listen to anyone who says what he wants to hear."
- #365; "So Jack Reeds driving force in deciding Iraq policy is strain on military families at home. ... Dont put this guy in charge of anything military. ... He doesnt sound very confident. He sounds a little desperate. ... New buzz word: faultline."
- #414; "LOL. Ben Affleck wants to end world poverty. ... Hows that war on poverty working out here, Ben? ... Lets put the rest of the world on welfare and see how it goes. ... 9/11 was apparently caused by poverty, according to this guy with the 75 IQ. Im not going to listen to this."
- #431; "Pence is doing a nice job with Woofie. ... Woofie has an interesting technique...he challenges the things that Pence says. Then he asks Lantos probing questions like 'What do you think?' and lets him ramble away without challenge."
- #445; "Candy Crowley (really, Candy, being heavy doesnt mean you cant have your hair done) warns Republicans that, if you stick with Bush on the war, you are ALL going to lose your seats."
- #446; "Bill Schneider: the ad against Petraeus didnt do the dems any real damage, it was nothing but a distraction. ... Good luck with that. I guess they are just trying to make the dems feel a little better."
8th Place jmyrlefuller
- #282; "Schieffer declares the war unwinnable but at least admits that us leaving could cause problems... then brings up the Iranian perspective. ... The last couple of questions have been pretty good, surprisingly. ... Levin says that a diplomatic resolution will do the trick. Yeah, thats the ticket. Ahmedinejad and his minions will surely be deterred by a piece of paper."
- #291; "Kyl duly notes that the lower levels of Iraqi government seem to be working very well. Hes holding his own very well; says that a long-term presence in Iraq is actually in Americas best interest."
- #321; "Let me tell you, snugs, you just dont see the laundry list of questionable actions like the ones the Clintons perpetrated in their time in office (Elian Gonzales, Waco, Ruby Ridge, Whitewater, etc.) that you see with this administration. Why do you think theyre going after Congressmen Delay, Cunningham, Vitter, Craig, the Abramoff thing? Its because its easy to find bad eggs in a pool of hundreds of potential targets, plus they have next to nothing on Bush and Cheney except Iraq. They tried playing up the Halliburton angle but theres nothing there so they havent been able to get anything from it."
- #337; "I guess he thinks victory isnt possible. ... Let me see: ... * #1 objective: Depose Saddam Hussein. Check. ... * #2 objective: Find evidence of nuclear, chemical, and/or biological weaponry. Weve found quite a few (particularly on the chemical side), the press just wont report it. Check. ... * #3 objective: Stabilize the mess we created by going in there and rebuild the country. Check in progress. ... Nowhere in there does it say we have the job of law enforcement only that we have to help the Iraqis do it themselves. The crude attacks that Iraqi terrorists and street thugs pull off are a matter for the Iraqi police. Were there to fight off the major organized crime the terror organizations as part of the broader WOT. ... Id be willing to say... weve already won the Iraq situation, its the broader WOT were fighting now."
7th Place Laverne
- #90; "Gates is doing a pretty good job with Wallace. He corrected Wallace on one of the statement he made telling Wallace he was wrong on that point. They discussed the Web amendment to demand equal time at home for time deployed and he outright stated that he would advise the President to Veto the bill if that amendment is included. ... He is also pretty calm and refuses to answer stupid questions by Wallace that would reveal intelligence issues. ... I prefer Rummys style of laughter at stupid questions, but Gates is doing a fine job."
- #142; "... Fat Dim has no credibility anymore; ever since he filed a false affidavit in the Libby case, and along with his NBC/MSNBC colleagues helped to set up the case against Libby, I have a really really hard time watching him. I may stray over for a short while to see if I can stand it."
- #170; "Brit just couldnt hold back today and went after Juan; finally a Brit slapdown of Juan. Wallace has been putting a block on that of late, and its good to see Brit come out strong against the idiot Juan. ... Then Juan goes off on the ads that wounded soldiers support the war and that is trash from the republicans and equivalent to the character assination of General Patraeus. Then Juan really puts his true feelings out there...he didnt consider the moveon ad a character assination. ... Brit gets the last word and Juan should hang his head in shame, but wont."

#
228; "
Reliable Sources segment on the moveon slander of General Patraeus: ... Panel: David Frum (NRO), An Compton (ABC), Jamie MacIntire (CNN), and huffington (huffpo), and Howie (four liberals, one conservative....do I even need to listen and report?) ... Jamie: He said the worst thing Bush said was that life is returning to normal in Iraq, and that doesnt pass the smell test. ... Huffy: The whole situation in Anbar had nothing to do with the surge, so of course, it isnt a success for america. The surge has not worked in anyway at all. ... Frum: All the media reports is bomb this, bomb that, and they do NOT report anything good. TV viewers get the wrong opinion because of unfair/unbalanced reporting by media. ... Howie shows Ware (CNN opinionator) trashing the President and pretty much puts Ware up on a pedestal. Huffy says Ware is the BEST, with facts and passion (egads, she is a sicko), and we need more Wares reporting from Iraq. Frum says that the media simply does not report the truth and there is real change and its big news about Anbar and that Ware is really a one-sided reporter who refuses to tell truth, but is rather an advocate of defeat. ... Compton tells us that President Bush has always said he listens to his Generals and if he didnt accept Patraeuss recommendation it would have been shocking (I was surprised by her commentary)."
6th Place snugs
- #289; "Very telling and John Edwards let his wife do it for him was not prepared to do it himself so he can always privately say to Moveon that she said it off her own back but of course it appears by her saying it that he is against the ad (which he probably is). Clever by the Edwards camp IMHO they have appeased both wings of the party with this one."
- #307; "Unbelievable indeed as many Republicans especially conservative republicans feel that GWB actually has gone too far in trying to change the tone. ... IMHO you cannot go to far as long as you do not loose your principles and I do not believe that he has, maybe he has not done all that people wanted him to do but most things he said he would do he has. Social security reform he tried and tried but the dems thwarted that at every turn plus many of his own party. ... At the end of the day I am sure that GWB feels that he has tried but the tone may have improved in some areas but not as much as he had hoped but it takes both sides to do that and one side is not prepared to do so. ... Despite what the MSM try to allude though the actual administration has had very few scandals and especially those that have resulted in sudden resignations. Morally I think that the majority of his closest advisers have behaved themselves which IMHO comes from the top both the President and the Vice President are deeply committed family men with solid marriages and I believe that influences other peoples behavior."
- #335; "I think that Gates has done a good job but unfortunately especially conservative republicans did not really give him the time of day originally as they were upset over rummys departure. ... I always remember what our dear departed freeper GretchenM said about Gates that she liked his eyes that they were eyes you could trust. I think over the last few weeks that Gates has shown this, maybe some of his views I and many others would not agree 100 per cent with but I believe he is an honest man and is doing the job for his President to the best of his ability and at the end of the day you cannot ask for anymore."
- #344; "This one always annoys me anyone with a grain of intelligence know that the US were under attack before maybe the threat not as great on their home turf but was still there. ... I love the way how the Vice President goes through the list so many times to show that 2001 was not indeed the first attack that is attributed to the WOT. ... For those who have not read it he went through the list again on Friday. ... <snip> ... Vice President's Remarks to the Central Command, Special Operations Command, and the 6th Air Mobility Wing" (Note: too long to quote - great catch from the VPs speech)

- #41; "'He was stating that the American public opposes the war. ' ... The big lie that both the DBM and dems are trying to push. ... They're shameless. I hope the polls turn around. I think they are. Now, we know the DBM lies about the polls, or at least seriously fudges the numbers of partisan questionees, concocts leading questions, and misreports the results. So how will they hide any change in the actual numbers if support for the War goes up? ... They're already at the bald-faced lie stage. I guess more of the same, huh? ... Example: This morning I read in my local Gannett-owned rag the AP story on yesterday's protests in Wash DC. (This is the story that goes out across the nation to those cities, town, and hamlets that can't afford their own national level reporters.) They stated "Anti-war organizations estimated over 100,000 people protested yesterday, although the permit cited only 10,000 would protest." Now, does that sound like 100,000 or 10,000 showed up? Shouldn't reporting clarify, instead of obsficate? Fact was, others (CNN, Fox, CSPAN) were reporting less than 10,000 protesters were there against the war, with 1,000 at least for the war (GOE II, FReepers). I guess AP can't find a reporter who can count or actually enquire about the numbers, so they're left actually quoting the propaganda of the commie organizers. That's what happens when your agenda and the facts collide. And that's what the AP has become--liars. Yet they are THE NEWS for most of the newspapers in this land. ... This means their propaganda is not working. So Fat Timmy Russert, already known as a liar (Libby case), has to lie to get people to come along to his view. as I said--shameless." (Note: reply to mewzilla's post #15)
- #71; "See, the dems have an answer for that. They say Al Qaeda wasnt in Iraq until George Bush drove Saddam out of power and then the home-grown Iraqi defenders called in Al Qaeda to fill the vacuum that Saddam left and fight the evil, Crusader invaders with them. So if we had only stayed out of Iraq and left Saddam alone, he would have kicked Al Qaeda butt himself or at least not allowed them to slip in and have another front to fight us on. So George Bush caused the terrorismn, you see? /Sarcasm" (Note: reply to rodguy911's post #66)
- #186; "One of the defenses Ive seen the Left use this past week over the moveon.org ad is they say theyre just turning around the 'Swift Boating' that Republicans did to Kerry in 2004. ... Well, that completely ignores that the Swift Boat Vets were truly Swift Boat veterans who served with Kerry, and many of them knew him personally and served in boats next to his. They directly knew of his 'exploits' anhd knew him to be a self-agrandizing liar who then turned around after he got out of the Navy and used his so-called hero statis to smear all Vietnam vets as crazed killers. Jenjis Khan and all. ... Also, its one thing for a political candidate to use his medals to make a political point (as Kerry did when he threw them over the White House fence during a protest in the early 70s), and then run for national office on the fact that he is a decorated hero and be called on it by those who know the truth, against those who smear a career military manwho has NO politcal affiliation except to the Nation overallwith a falsehood of which the claimants have no basis whatsoever. ... Yet from what Ive heard many in the DBM think this is just 'like the Republicans Swift Boating'."

- #40; "Next Virginia senator? - Tony Snow: running for office still looks good."
- #64; "Bill Krystol says federal judge Michael B. Mukasey is the leading candidate."
- #68; "Here 's this sunday's Media Nuggets ..."
- #82; "Al Qaeda & Sept. 11 - No Connection? Dems only can wish. When members of the government of Anbar Province met with President Bush last week, they presented him with a letter dedicating their success in wiping out Al Qaeda here to the victims of Sept. 11. ... 'In the month when the terrorists attacked the Twin Towers of the World Trade Center, we dedicate the victory of Anbar Province to the families of the victims who sufferred that criminal act,' the letter said, which was addressed directly to Bush."
- #130; "That comment was spread by fake news service (Inter News Service) allied with John Podesta. McCain should have been alerted by his aides & Russert shameful to rely on that." (Note: reference is to question by Tim Russert talking about General Jones' testimony on Iraq)
- #288; "They should be ashamed of themselves, especially after seeing Parents like these, whom the President mentioned in his speech."
- #353; "Looks like McCain not learned his lesson. People get fatigued if he keep coming to the Sunday shows with the same message. ... - #13; "Gen. Petraeus has set the dem/rat surrender movement back months if not years. He has shown, in a calm, clear calculated manor, that his brilliant strategy called the surge could and is working better than anyone ever projected. ... It must embarrass the dems to have to admit it has worked. ... To then concentrate on how the political quotient of a fledgling govt. that has been ruled by years of tyranny from Sadaam and others can not yield our desired results on a dime just shows how desperate the socialists dems truly are. Without the constant propping up help of the dbm/msm they would perish in months if not weeks."
- #17; "... Heres a little taste from someone who has been and is still there(in Iraq) and knows exactly what is going on now in Iraq and tells it like it is. ... He is probably the best war story teller there is today Michael Yon. ... Gates of Firemust read. ... Scroll down to 'Gates of Fire'"
- #33; "Here is more of what the Dems are scared of,Iraqis declaring war on AQ. And it is happening. Dems know if this happens the war on AQ in Iraq will accelerate and we will win in much shorter order and they will be out of power in no time at all. ... Here is an indication of what is going on: ... (scroll to The muslim war against Al-Qaeda is on.) http://strata-sphere.com/blog/ ... AlQaeda is the enemy of Allah that Muzzies in Iraq are swearing on the Koran to kill. Heress a quote from the piece, gives an indication of what is going on now in Iraq. ... '...if we stand by the Sunnis and show Islam and the Arab world the atrocities Al-Qaeda inflicted on their fellow Muslims, than we can shatter the illusions peddled by AQ swiftly and completely. Because that is all AQ is, an illusion. A fantasy where one people dominate the rest....' ... This is an awesome piece, must read!!!"
- #66; "That is the greatest thing about the democrat party the more they talk the more they keep stepping in quick sand. ... I cheered every time the Gen. said AQ in Iraq, letting the dems know their little scam to claim AQ was not in Iraq was as fatally flawed as everything else they have tried and continue to fail at! ... Let the dems talk! The more they do the more they self destruct! They are actually the Republican parties greatest ally and don't even know it."

- #146; "Gen. Petraeus represents everything that is right with the U.S. and our men and women in uniform. ... The rabid rats have to try and destroy such an example otherwise those who are not already hopelessly brainwashed will see what bravery, resilience, leadership and honor we have at the top of our leadership of the WOT and defect in droves. ... Once that happens there is little the dems can do to counter such an honorable man such as Gen. Petraeus. They should fear him and they do. ... It's people like the General and you for that matter, that keep the country strong, united and free. The dems can't stand that."
- #213; "The public obviously doesn't like lies being told about our top military leaders and I predict all these distortions about the Gen. will backfire on the rats. ... As for Rudy he shot himself in the foot on Friday when he stated that illegals from Mexico were 'not really breaking the law by being here.' These cuts were played on the Laura Ingraham show. He lost lots of support by doing that, bad move."
- #362; "Over on ABC if you want to see the most unbalanced, most biased panel ever assembled by a card carrying member of the Clinton Crime family, just feature Martha Raddish, George Will (but he wont) Farook someone and slimes guru Tom Friedman, all led by crime family member Stuffy stephy. ... Nothing GW does is right, the war is all going wrong, we should be in africa accd. to Will who other than a bow tie and a good radio voice is intellectually vacant, and the soldiers wives are the ones to ask according to Martha raddish. ... I don't think I have ever seen such a rat fest in all my life, impossible to get any more biased if they tried. ... They are definitely scared to death about the surge and Gen. Petraeus. Many thanks for the honor,Phsstpok. I really enjoy having this forum to ‘express myself,’ since in so much of today’s world we have to pretend that politics is not even happening. Yesterday I went on a tour, called a Staff Ride, of the battlefields of the Battle of Baltimore in the War of 1812. Our guides were military historians and our group of eighteen people were mostly retirement age, but one participant was active duty military. Not one word of 21st century politics, including the words “Bush” or “Iraq” was uttered!
And I love your linkable listing of the posts you chose for your Top 10. It gives the reader a really quick chance to go back and read context and dialogue.
