my htoughts, since FOXNEWS is openly wondering how something like this could happen without a trigger of some sort....like EarthQuake - or Big Wind or .....something...

No, more than likely due to bridge reconstruction, one lane during rush hour and the absolutely oppressive heat we’ve been experiencing.
Beat me to it! No one is speculating as to the cause. Shep is misreporting....as usual.
Thankfully, the Homeland Security has already determined this was not linked to terrorism.
