I know probably 3-400 folks here more or less....I know no white guy dating or married to black women personally....other races yes but not black though I see it some. I know several instances where white girls have gotten pregnant by black guys...usually lower income class with absent daddy types...and the black guys don't do anything for the kid

my beef with women....and they can’t help it...is that the orbit of their own self awareness is rather tight...

BTW, I’m not sure Mother Theresa spoke of honor. Charity or something of that sort, sure. The word may have passed her lips but I’m not sure if she used it in the sense of which I’m speaking.
As for Snotty and OJ—where in my post did you read that I said men are without moral defect, always live up to the standards set by themselves or great men or even that each man was an exemplar of the ‘grand idea’ of which I spoke? You DO know that Nazism, Communism and Fascism are “Grand ideas” also, right? I used one flaw I see in women that expresses itself in a few (overlooking the evil character of a man because deep down they have an unhealthy attraction to ‘danger’ or ‘dominance’) and used it to speak on a larger subject. That you don’t see that kind of demonstrates what my point. That you didn’t see my follow up about men’s superficiality is maybe just you being tired tonight, I don’t know.

I like how wardaddy described it. The orbit around them is somewhat ‘tight,’ and he even mentioned something that I’ve thought about, which is that it lends itself towards nurturing and making a home life.
I’ve never said women weren’t an integral part of building a human civilization but it’s not as the great originators and innovators, for the most part.
If I had said certain things about Americans or about conservatives vs. liberals or Europeans (or whatever) I’d no doubt have gotten some high-fives. I’m not expecting them for unpopular statements but I do believe it’s incumbent upon you and NOT me to understand basic processes of observation and analysis, even if it leads to unpleasant or surprising conclusions.

Two years after the altercation with Giavasis, Cutts joined the Canton police department.
Cutts' bosses tried to fire him in 2003 when authorities conducting a drug raid on his cousin's home found Cutts' handgun hidden under a mattress. Canton police officials said Cutts gave the gun to his cousin for protection and said Cutts was lying when he reported the gun stolen.
A federal arbitrator ordered the city to reinstate the officer, saying police had not proven the allegation.

What you say is very true, but when you think about cases like Scott Peterson, where he seemed to be the perfect spouse and soon-to-be father,you wonder just how can a girl be sure. Or the case in Utah of Lori Hacking, just a few weeks pregnant and killed by her husband who came from a sterling family and, once again, seemed to be the “perfect” spouse. As the mother of a daughter, I find it scary.

I posted my thoughts on this earlier, but marriage is no guarantee, think about Scott Peterson and Mark Hacking. They both came from stable backgrounds. I don’t know that screening would have helped in either of those cases. Laci had known Scott since college and Lori Hacking had known Mark since high school.
He probably thought the boy could rough it out until somebody found him because he was his son—another macho man like women clamor to for some reason.

But Jesse Davis was good looking, and I do see that more and more recently. Not that decent, attractive people of different races can't date each other, but he came off from his pictures, interviews, and lifestyle as a complete thug. I can only attribute something like that to the effeminisation of the white pop-culture in the 90's, along with the hyper-masculization of the black rap cultrue at the same time.
She (Jesse Davis) also seemed imersed in an interracial lifestyle. From the interviews I have seen on TV, she appeares to have had a mix of black and white friends, and a black pastor. I don't see that happening, especially in the north, unless you seek it out consciously.
