Looks like some here think that "freedom" equates to anarchy. And what's scary, is they call themselves, "conservatives".

Heck, I've been a conservative all my life, so conservative that I'm to the right of Barry Goldwater, whom most of these who are confused on what freedom actually means, don't even know about.

Morons don't stop to think that when they put their kids in a government/public school, that school has the responsibility of doing all it can to promote their kids best health, even though the parents don't give a damn what kind of health their kids are in anyway. If they want their kids to have a diet of sugar laden soda pop, salt and carbohydrate laden junk food so they can be obese, slobs with diabetes and heart problems, then do it AT HOME, but don't ask me to pay their damn doctors bills and hospital bills because of their own stupidity. Morons don't consider that with freedom, comes the responsibility of bearing the consequences for doing stupid things.

I suggest you go learn what freedom actually is instead of that nonsense you spout.

Gov. Huckabee responded admitted that the bill is:

“inflammatory ... race-baiting and demagoguery.” He said it is also “anti-life” because, he says, it would deny pre-natal benefits to illegal-alien mothers and therefore harm their newborns, who would be American citizens. The bill, Hackabee said, “inflames those who are racist and bigots and makes them think there’s a real problem. But there’s not.”

A Baptist minister, Huckabee singled out Holt, also a Christian. Said the governor: “I drink a different kind of Jesus juice.” — World Daily Net

Well, you should really learn how to read before you post. That’s a post at LGF. It has nothing to do with me.

Wow. You really are easily riled aren’t you.

No. That’s not the case with Noory. Noory was complaining that Ron Paul was not getting enough exposure and something to the effect that Ron Paul was a breath of fresh air. Noory believes the Ron Paul notion that the US was partially to blame for 9/11.

Art Bell is definitely in favor of the war on terror. He lived in the Philippines, he should know about islamic extremism.

I understand Freedom for you has nothing to do with allowing people to make their own choices and exercising personal responsibility. You prefer that be handled by the wise men in Government. I go it. Your point is crystal clear.

I didn’t read it, and it fit your illogic perfectly, thus my comments confirming it.

I understand Freedom for you has nothing to do with allowing people to make their own choices and exercising personal responsibility.

Now you see, there you go making more idiot remarks. Freedom does not mean you can choose to do any damn thing you want, as you think. That is anarchy. Using your illogic, then if a kid decides they want to go to school naked, then they should. Using your illogic, if a kid decides to make pipe bombs and go to school setting them off killing dozens of other kids, then they should be allowed.

You prefer that be handled by the wise men in Government. I go it. Your point is crystal clear.

Please learn how to read for comprehension so you won't misrepresent people any more. I have said nothing of the kind. IN case you haven't noticed, this country was formed as a representative republic, one that is supposed to be run by law, as few as possible, but law nonetheless. Laws by nature are restrictive of behaviors. We have laws against murder to restrict murder. We have laws against pedophilia to restrict that behavior, and they, like YOU cry that their "freedoms" are being restricted. Yeah, I guess they are. Why? Because it is behavior that is immoral, and detrimental to kids and society as a whole. But you have morons who, like you, think that there should be no restrictions on "freedom" at all, which is utter lunacy. And those morons never stop to think, that they DO NOT have to send their kids to public/government schools, who do have the constitutional right to restrict certain things, and have the responsibility to promote the kids good health.

Here's freedom for you. If you want your kids to eat the crap that comes out of vending machines----DON'T SEND THEM TO PUBLIC/GOVERNMENT SCHOOLS. I exercised my freedom and didn't send mine to those indoctrination into socialism institutions.

Here's a bit of old time wisdom that you would be well advised to follow.

It's better to keep your mouth shut and have people think you a fool, than to open it and remove all doubt.

Ron Paul finds American foreign policy wrong. He doesn’t believe in preemption Okay he voted to go to Afghanistan but then what. Al Quiada slips into Iraq, Iran Pakistan Syria should we just sit back and think that fortress America is then safe. He didn’t like the Patriot Act, what other forms of offense is Mr. Paul against?

First you compare vending machines in schools to porn, then later, murder. You are right, it's better to follow Lincoln's advice and remain silent. You are living proof. And living proof that some people have no idea how to disagree without being disagreeable.

I suggest you learn how to read for comprehension.

Let me spell it out again for you.

You stated a premise that removing vending machines from public/government schools was restricting freedom. Your stated premise is that freedom requires the carte blanche ability to make choices. I used porn and the other examples to demonstrate just how idiotic your premise is.

By the way, it’s called using hyperbole to accentuate a point.

Wow. You can even add words to my posts that don't even exist. You're good! But, given how you've already admitted to not actually reading my posts before you comment, I'm not surprised.

Have a nice day. I think I'll go have a twinkie before they are banned.

Isn’t Ron Paul of the Libertarian Party?

That’s fine and all, but he should caucus with his Libertarian Congressional brethren.

Oh yeah. There aren’t any.

Wow. You can even add words to my posts that don't even exist.

You did not make any distinctives in your premise, thus making it a carte blanche premise.

If you are going to try to communicate, please learn how first.

I think I'll go have a twinkie before they are banned.

There you go making more idiotic comments.

Huckabee wasn't banning twinkies. He was taking junky food out of government schools, which happens to be perfectly within the Constitutional right of the individual states, just like they have the right to require kids to wear clothes, to restrict porn from government schools, to keep explosives out of government schools or to ban crack, herion and other drugs from government schools.

I suggest that you go learn what freedom actually is, especially under the constitution, and it does not mean that you are free to choose to do any damn thing you want like you think.
