Perhaps they could also sue the “Gang of 88” for defamation?

Saint Sharpton and Judge Jackson hasn’t said much upon this matter lately, have they?
Sort of like they used the media to drop and promote a racially biased opinion to incite racial tension and now since the “victim” hasn’t panned out to their perception of “injustices”, they’ve disappeared to milk other cows.
Every time I hear or read ‘nappy head’ that old joke runs thru my head....
I want the former LaCrosse coach to sue Duke University for wrongfully terminating him, defamaton of character, loss of income, etc. He was treated like he had AIDS when this hit, and was summarily fired by Duke. This would be a really good case for trial.
The case may end tomorrow.

I am wondering why the charges have not been dropped to date. Are the special prosecutors trying to give cover to Mr. Nifong? Starting to look that way...
In a just world NiFong would go to state prison for hard time, the city, county, state would pay these families back for their losses legal fees etc, and Duke University would be ordered to pay 40% of their annual operating budget for the next 5 years to the suspected players. I’m pretty sure I know which budgets would lose funding - the departments of those 88 s.o.b.s.
But in the world we live in nothing further than temporary disbarrment will happen to Nifong, and further civil cases will be brushed under the rug. In a few years Nifong will write a book and make millions. The 88 will be forgotten and left to do their worst to other young white males. I know I will not send my son to this school.

Wow. I hope so. Trying to not get them up too high. But I hope this is over for them.
