It means that US intelligence was right about WMD being in Iraq there fore Bush's move on Iraq was justified. Now that Syria has these WMDs what will they do with them.....
Actually, I forgot the sarcasm tag! It doesn't matter whether Iraq had WMD or not, the point is there was PLENTY of justification to invade without them even if EVERYBODY in the world thought he had them!
Repeated violation crossing no flay zone.
Breaking of at least 15 other UN resolutions.
Kicking inspectors out, not allowing them access.
Shoting at or planes.
Colluding with terrorist.
Repeated breaking of cease-fire pact.
etc...
