Eastern Oregon is the polar opposite of Western Oregon(despite liberal incursions into Hood River and Deshutes County) and so deserves our support. There were only 25 votes totalled when I found it...I would like to see thousands. But, if their servers blowup I disavow any knowledge of this posting. Hit the link, scroll down to the bottom of the page, and select D.

Poll at bottom of page
62% "D"
Though "C" is more likely.
FREEP THIS POLL ***PING!*** FRmail me if you want to be added or removed from the Fearless Poll-Freeping Freepers Ping list. And be sure to ping me to any polls that need Freepin', if I miss them. (looks like a medium volume list) (gordongekko909, founder of the pinglist, stays on the list until his ghost signs up for the list)

10%A. Thats great. The feds need to live up to the promise they made to the states regarding timber payments.
4%B. Its good. Five more years will give everyone enough time to transition economies before funds are cuts.
45%C. All this means it that in five years well hear the same cries from counties for more money.
42%D. To alleviate this issue, we just need to resume logging in our national forests.
Total Voters: 136

I just voted for D but it looks like C is dominating this one.

One would hope even rabid anti-smokers will be able to see the big picture in this instince. I suppose that will depend upon whether or not they allow their emotions to overcome their intellect.
