Poll Title
A new proposal will keep the county timber payments program alive for five more years if the president signs it into law. Whats your view of this? Please select one: A. Thats great. The feds need to live up to the promise they made to the states regarding timber payments. B. Its good. Five more years will give everyone enough time to transition economies before funds are cuts. C. All this means it that in five years well hear the same cries from counties for more money. D. To alleviate this issue, we just need to resume logging in our national forests.
Now it's 55% and 42 votes.
Are you telling me how to vote? How Democratic! Just kidding. This one was a no brainer wasn't it?
All this means it that in five years well hear the same cries from counties for more money.
FREEP THIS POLL ***PING!*** FRmail me if you want to be added or removed from the Fearless Poll-Freeping Freepers Ping list. And be sure to ping me to any polls that need Freepin', if I miss them. (looks like a medium volume list) (gordongekko909, founder of the pinglist, stays on the list until his ghost signs up for the list)
LOL, C is the truth! hahaha
Yea, I know that C is the most truthful answer, but, nonlogging is the problem(of course, to resume logging would mean the deaths of hundreds, if not thousands, of EcoNazis.)
4%B. Its good. Five more years will give everyone enough time to transition economies before funds are cuts.
45%C. All this means it that in five years well hear the same cries from counties for more money.
42%D. To alleviate this issue, we just need to resume logging in our national forests.
Total Voters: 136
I just voted for D but it looks like C is dominating this one.
C is a protest vote; D is a solution...bet I get flamed over that:-)
One would hope even rabid anti-smokers will be able to see the big picture in this instince. I suppose that will depend upon whether or not they allow their emotions to overcome their intellect.
Pardon the typo. It's not 'instince,' it's instance.
