"Iranians are neither worried nor uncomfortable with the resolution... we will celebrate our atomic achievements in February." The world is acting like it has an Iranian knife to its throat and Iran is acting like it has a knife to the world's throat.
Nothing will end this but military action. Nothing.

"Israel is smart enough to wait until they can do so with most of the world's OK (or at least mild acquensence) on it."
That time will never come. The majority of the world are anti-semitic and wish only for Israel to disapear. When the right thing needs to be done, you don't wait for other's approval, you just do it.

It is in the Westerners' interests to live with a nuclear Iran," the semi-official Fars news agency quoted him as saying. Thank you for your concern with your attempt at setting our directives strait Imanutjob, however trust in the idea that we can figure out what is best for us without your impetuous rhetoric as a national leader.

This is a big problem and I don't think we should put the burden on them. The biggest reason is that Israel is like the US and has lots of internal enemies in its own government.
We gave them a free hand this summer and they basically stopped short of doing what they should have done - because of internal opposition and a wimpy government. This made them look weak and made us look like idiots.
If we're going to take out Iran, we have to do it ourselves. That said, we won't do it, and I'mANutJob is perfectly safe in taunting us, threatening Israel and developing all the nukes he wants.

"Hey, not to worry, John Kerry wants to go over there and 'dialogue!'" Swell, all we need is to affirm that we are a bunch of idiots striving for direction at the knee of a helmsman who is capable of being stuck in forward and reverse at the same time.

These are the backers of the resolution. Ahmadinejad threatened them. I wonder if there will be a NATO comment? France is screwed if this becomes a NATO action.

If we're going to take out Iran, we have to do it ourselves. The last election period showed us as a country to be more concerned about real issues that are more threatening than the WOT and the "axis of evil".

I worked with a female Iranian many years ago. She told me Iranian men talk a lot but when it comes time to deliver the goods they fall short.I don't think that Iranian men are alone in this. Just take look at Saddam. Remember he was talking big before we went into Iraq
