I'm not sure anyone can take them out from the air. Iran has buried these facilities under mountains. Seems an invasion would be needed to ensure they are destroyed in any event. Iran learned a lesson after the Israelis took out their reactor in the 1980s.

Fine. Every subterranean fortress - mountain - must have an entrance. Close it, and keep it closed. They can stay down there till they run out of air. No need to blow up what's down there.

Iran's nuclear facilities/sites can be rendered useless by bombing. At the same time we should bomb their oil piplines and oil wells to completely destroy Iran's primary source of money. This would bring Iran to its economic knees, and internal regime change would eventually follow.
