Actually Republican turnout was pretty strong, maybe a hair stronger the Dem turnout. Problem was the independents turned out and tilted dem. Iraq was a real bummer for the indies; so was the Foley scandal.

This according to Drudge Report heading.
One can assume the same votes were cast for the
House. I also heard on Foxnews the polls were
showing a 40% turnout across the nation.
Pathetic for a free world nation being
threatened by Terrorist fanatics.
But there's hope! Hillary is bound to send
a trusted ally...like husband Bill...to the
United Nations where all the strife will be
abridged!
