BA is dreaming if they expect that early of a delivery date from either Boeing or Airbus.
Then expect a 20% discount from list on top of that? Maybe Airbus is desparate enough to bid that low, promise delivery that early, then plan on paying the penalties later.

Expect the EU to put a lot of pressure on the British government so they will pressure BA to buy the A350 and A380. If that doesn't work, expect Airbus to offer the aircraft in some kind of "deal" that basically means BA will get the A350's for free in exchange for buying the A380. This is how Airbus won the deal with Qantas who agreed to buy A380's as a bunch of A330's were thrown in for free.
