Expect the EU to put a lot of pressure on the British government so they will pressure BA to buy the A350 and A380. If that doesn't work, expect Airbus to offer the aircraft in some kind of "deal" that basically means BA will get the A350's for free in exchange for buying the A380. This is how Airbus won the deal with Qantas who agreed to buy A380's as a bunch of A330's were thrown in for free.
Does that mean I can order an A380, get the free A330, then cancel my A380 because of late delivery, and still keep the A330?
Of course, I'd have to park the A330 next to my Citroen...
