Terrorism and Human Smuggling Rings in South and Central America

By Thomas Davidson

The road to the “American Dream” for many illegal immigrants usually leads from home countries through Mexico and then into the U.S. Although almost all of these illegal immigrants are merely looking for a better life for themselves and their families, world-wide human trafficking routes provide ample opportunity for those wishing harm to the U.S. easy access into America. In spite of international efforts in the Americas to break up these human smuggling routes, there are still a number of avenues available whereby the potential terrorist can enter the United States.

Muslim and Middle Eastern Illegal Immigrants and Activities in Central and South America

During 2004 and 2005, a number of individual Muslim and Middle Eastern illegal immigrants were captured in Central and South America. Some of the more unusual cases include:

- A Turkish citizen with a false Dutch passport is arrested in Managua, Nicaragua on September 22, 2004. He had lived in Costa Rica for ten months and entered via Russia and Cuba. While attempting to board a flight to Canada, he was arrested by Nicaraguan authorities. [1]

- Two Jordanians with false European passports were arrested at the San José International Airport in Costa Rica. Their route of travel included Cuba and Guatemala. The two attempted to bribe the Costa Rican authorities with a “large sum of money” [2]. Almost all newspaper reports place the illegal immigrants as having passed through Moscow and/or Cuba.

Well it is important that our President feels it important to keep the border open so these vermin can make it all the way up through Mexico into our country -- and God only knows how many have ALREADY done it.

TESTIMONY OF ROSA, AGE 14
before U.S. Senate Foreign Relations Committee

When I was fourteen, a man came to my parents' house in Veracruz, Mexico and asked me if I was interested in making money in the United States. He said I could make many times as much money doing the same things that I was doing in Mexico. At the time, I was working in a hotel cleaning rooms and I also helped around my house by watching my brothers and sisters. He said I would be in good hands, and would meet many other Mexican girls who had taken advantage of this great opportunity. My parents didn't want me to go, but I persuaded them.

A week later, I was smuggled into the United States through Texas to Orlando, Florida. It was then the men told me that my employment would consist of having sex with men for money. I had never had sex before, and I had never imagined selling my body.

And so my nightmare began. Because I was a virgin, the men decided to initiate me by raping me again and again, to teach me how to have sex. Over the next three months, I was taken to a different trailer every 15 days. Every night I had to sleep in the same bed in which I had been forced to service customers all day.

I couldn't do anything to stop it. I wasn't allowed to go outside without a guard. Many of the bosses had guns. I was constantly afraid. One of the bosses carried me off to a hotel one night, where he raped me. I could do nothing to stop him.

Because I was so young, I was always in demand with the customers. It was awful. Although the men were supposed to wear condoms, some didn't, so eventually I became pregnant and was forced to have an abortion. They sent me back to the brothel almost immediately.

I cannot forget what has happened. I can't put it behind me. I find it nearly impossible to trust people. I still feel shame. I was a decent girl in Mexico. I used to go to church with my family. I only wish none of this had ever happened.

Bastards. I have heard about this same sort of thing all over the world. Absolutely sickening. Then there's the national security aspect, which our government seems to be doing precious little about--GGG

Do a Google on "illegal immigration" + "other than mexican"

The U.S. Border Patrol has nabbed 15,195 non-Mexican migrants crossing over the Rio Bravo around Eagle Pass in the past eight months, a rise of almost 240 percent on the same period last year, officials said on Monday.

[Note: This data is from only one cross-over section of the border and is dated 2005 May 31 Tuesday from Non-Mexican Illegal Immigrant Surge Underscores Need For Enforcement. Other reports I have seen indicate over 100,000 annual captures are OTMs (Other Than Mexicans). It only took 19 to do the 9-11-01 damage. ]

There was a major bust this past week or so in Oklahoma City. It was a prostitution ring that had illegals as prostitutes, catering to the illegal workers. The organization also had another set-up in Texas.

There are probably similar set-ups in most major cities and areas having a high concentration of illegal workers.

But, shhhhhhhh..... we don't want to upset the sheeples -- illegal immigration is good for the economy, good for the nation, multiculturalism, land of opportunity, just doing the jobs Americans won't do, Viva Vincente, etc.

no way support the illegal side of the issue but I've family and dear friends that got their start here on some "visitor or student" pretense. Someone should write a book on their good times, hardship and adventure. Toss in a little humor too. Recall a friend that confused his Mickey D request for "french fries" with the Metro stop at "Friendship Heights"! "A Big Mac and Friendship Heights"? Man came in entry level and now operates a significant business. More than a few documented but "technically so" illegals took a welcome seat at my table.
Bigger issue is heath.
On some scale, illegals have a propensity to communicable diseases such as Tuberculosis that have pretty much fallen off our scope here.
Public Health Service is pretty much non-existent in their home country. In some logical job market, observe staff composition and then consider cummie diseases such as TB. In say fast food, did employees wash their hands after the loo and where did that dooger go when they sneezed? Maturation of my tract aside, I now tend to avoid fast food. And it's an issue equally prevalent in grade school and again, not ethicically confined. people, we ain't assimailating within a rat's ass. and the rat may have the last laugh.
