AP and CNN probably don't understand Latin, and in any case, would have no clue anyhow about what Psalm 83 means. But the Lord has ways of putting blinders on obstacles if He decides He needs to get a message out! :)

Looking at the picture, it sure doesn't look like it was found 'open' to anything at all.

They're now saying it is actually Psalm 84, with the confusion coming from different numbering in the Vulgate from the KJV.
