Customs, have their own laws, which transcend ordinary folks...they have unlimited search and seizure, no warrants signed by a judge, no knocking on the door before entering...body searches done on the spot....no police force anywhere, has the power that one Customs agent has....

Why not? I've heard two different Florida attorneys on Fox News explain that in Florida it is LEGAL, for privacy purposes, to have a prescription in your doctor's name as long as the prescription is properly documented -- which it apparently was. So what's the problem?

I don't get this "problem" with Rx drugs and Customs at all. You can walk into Mexico at any border town, go to the Pharmacia and buy most any Rx drug you want, without a Rx, and walk right back into the States. I've done it. I started to hold the bag out to the U.S. agent as I came through and he just gave me a very bored wave to be on my way.
