You don't fly around with a bottle that has someone else's name on it.

Why not? I've heard two different Florida attorneys on Fox News explain that in Florida it is LEGAL, for privacy purposes, to have a prescription in your doctor's name as long as the prescription is properly documented -- which it apparently was. So what's the problem?

Legal? I have no idea if it is or if it is not.

It just doesn't seem to me to be a very smart idea to do anything that is even remotely questionable after the past year and the problems related to that year.

The guy even admitted he forgot he had them with him. I take that to mean he would not have been carrying them on this trip. Why invite the chance for some moron with a "government job" and poor manners to give you grief?
