These dogs, as has been proved scientifically, can shred ankles just like a flick of your fingers. Then what have you got? People hopping away as dogs stretch the leash. Rrrroowf.

Chows are unpredictable. My stepmom's mauled her over a dog biscuit. He was not abused at all and she is an experienced dog owner. However, I'm surprised at Great Danes being banned. My two are sweeties. I can't imagine them attacking someone unless they were defending me or the property. Even then, I'm not sure how agressive they'd be.
