factcheck.org = Soros
I should have known. Makes perfect sense though.
That is factcheck.com. Factcheck.org is a pretty good website which tries to get the facts.
But in a case like Katrina, you are going to get narrative. I don't know how good their facts are in this case. I appreciate their examination of political ads, and wish they had local outlets for state and local races -- we have a campaign here that could really use some authoritative whipping.
Nothing on the site indicates that. But it does say:
"The APPC accepts NO funding from business corporations, labor unions, political parties, lobbying organizations or individuals. It is funded primarily by an endowment from the Annenberg Foundation."
Soros? I don't think so. From http://www.easywhois.com/index.php
