I agree, but I wonder how much ability Generals have to question Federal judges? Military should implore their civilian boss to implore the Pres to state their case, and initiate judicial appeals.

I believe any General in our nation has the right to stand up for his troops. If there is a law that says a General cannot publically refute a heinous ruling by a judge, I would be interested in knowing about it...I do know that active military do not contradict their commander in chief, but geeeeeeez, I agree with BOR...at the very LEAST retired generals could come forward and raise some heck and stand up for our troops.
