I believe any General in our nation has the right to stand up for his troops. If there is a law that says a General cannot publically refute a heinous ruling by a judge, I would be interested in knowing about it...I do know that active military do not contradict their commander in chief, but geeeeeeez, I agree with BOR...at the very LEAST retired generals could come forward and raise some heck and stand up for our troops.

Retired yes for sure. I just question how much ability the active military has to question the civilian leadership; be it judicial, legislative, or executive.
