It's not clear that the roads are public. They were moved last week because they were occupying private lands and now the property owners are going to court claiming they are still on private land.

Good grief, public or private -- that should be simple to find out. And either way, where I live, and probably where most of us live, this sort of thing wouldn't be allowed to go on.

1) A driver who had nowhere else to go.
2) An idiot.
3) Hired. These leftist organizations aren't exactly dirt poor.

No I was not talking about the incident of knocking the things down being right or wrong. That was just some local guy pissed off that he cant drive on his own road. I'm saying that that is just one of several 'plays' in their book to escalate the situation. And I am sure there are more plays in 'the book'.

I understood, I was speaking to the larger point. I think this will get their blood all flowing, and the MSM will try to use this to say "See, they're not anti-soldier, they're anti-war."

But people aren't so easily programmed, not most of them, anyway. I don't think some people realize how LITTLE this event has affected the country. People feel bad for her but they don't take anything she says to mind. She's a kook, a sad one but a kook. I really don't think this will have longterm impact, but in the short term it might. I think it will stir up a very small group, and they may do something over the top and turn people off--they can't help it.

Understood. Don't these loonies recognize the obvious hypocrisy of those who hate the military (except when they have a "war hero" they think will draw votes from true supporters of the military) and crosses (except when they can use them to advance their agenda) acting as they do?
