Excellent plan! I did that recently and discovered I'm in a relatively predator-free area. HOWEVER, there are a bunch of them living a couple of miles from here so what's the difference? It's not as though they can't walk or drive cars, right?

When I read that it sort of made me think it's the criminals in charge of the justice system, which would be the both a problem and the truth. Victims and society are the ones who suffer from the criminals running the justice system.
