Jesus gave up the ghost once prophesy was completely fulfilled and only then. Luke 23;46 Jesus said Father into thine hands I commend my spirit; and having said thus, he gave up the ghost.

"Funny, I thought my sins were the cause of his death."
Gee. I was taught that too. I guess, given scientists are more trustworthy, and now are even talking about Jesus (a really good sign I might add), I will have to reconsider what I was taught. (tick...tick...)
All done. Cause of death: still my sins. Cause of resurrection? Well, that's an awesome story, but a different thread.

"Thrombophilia, a rare condition in which blood has an increased tendency to clot, is common to natives of the Galilee, the researcher wrote."
Jesus would not have had a genetic predisposition to any genetic condition. He was a native of Galilee only by geography and not by genetic inheritance. Matthew 1:18

Well stated! And how in the stinkin' world can this guy come to that conclusion. I guess the scientific method in medical schools has succombed to mere hypothesis.
