The Clinton's have routinely "dontated" their used underwear to the Salvation Army. I am sure if Hillary thought she could get some press coverage for this, she would take up the cause for those oppressed prisoners in Thailand.
Looking at Hillary I'm guessing she wears size XXXL, the women in jail could probably use her bloomers for parachutes.
