LIVE: WA State Governor election-fraud trial begins
TVW (WA public affairs cable) ^ | May 23, 2005 | Hank Rearden

Posted on 05/23/2005 9:58:24 AM PDT by Hank Rearden

The trial to determine whether Christine Gregoire stole the governor's election last November began today at 9am Pacific time.

(I can save everyone a lot of time . . . SHE DID! . . . . but for some reason the lawyers insist on playing their silly games.

My link is to TVW (essentially local C-SPAN), which is broadcasting the trial live on regional cable, and streaming on their website. More coverage is available here on NWCN as well.

This is a landmark trial, as it looks to expose massive 'Rat corruption and voter fraud.

It's NOT just you. Huennekens seems uneasy (especially after he was fingered by his staff woman for fixing the election report numbers). He is not especially articulate or knowledgeable.

RE: Fraud...

The judge allowed in the testimony. He can decide later if it is relevant.

Because I am working and can't follow as closely as I would like - I may be wrong, but it sounded to me that the Rossi lawyer DID bring up the falsity of the report...

I believe the judge has allowed in Bill H's deposition testimony, so if that is the case, what he said in that deposition will be IN = cooked goose.

They are back from the break now.

Hunnekin (sp)really didn't want to answer about the 216 more ballots counted than showed having signed the registry.

Kevin Hamilton. Is he the lawyer questioning Henniken (sp) right now? Is he a Rossi lawyer or a GAGagoire lawyer?

The case is going to produce a wealth of information for the national GOP in terms of the Democrat fraud machine. We'll be able to use what we learn here to suppress fraud in every precinct across the country.

Eight days total? What happened to the approximately 2 weeks? I thought a trial took as long as a trial takes.

"NICLOE WAY TESTIFIES TOMORROW!" Now that is going to be very interesting. Her name was being put out to the media even before she was given "leave". She has nothing to loose. She was thrown to the wolves by Sims & Co. and payback is a b***ch.

Can Nicole Way come out to play?
