Tonight it is, March 22, 2005, over five days since Theresa Marie Schiavo commenced her ordeal of purposeful and legally sanctioned dehydration and starvation. We await a decision from the three judge panel from Eleventh Judicial Circuit as to her fate, as her family struggles with seeing Terri's physical health deteriorate.
that is such crap, not true! DCFS can remove Terri and take custody of her with out a gaurdians approval. Please people, don't post stuff unless you know it is true.

I want all of you to know that David Demers, he is the 2nd District Court of Appeals at the State level (greers boss) could have removed him from this case a long time ago.
He was the one that initially stopped the removed of the tube Friday indefinately because greer could not be found for the marshalls to serve the federal warrant.
It was only THEN that the tube removal was stayed that greer came out of hiding to take the congressional subpeonas.
IF THIS DOESN'T SMELL LIKE SOMETHING BAD, I DON'T KNOW WHAT DOES.
She's in as much danger under the control of a culture of death judge in the State of Florida as she would be if she were in Iraq.

Well, for all i know the DCFS worker had someone with her, maybe law enforcement or something like that. They are doing an investigation on Terri, they don't need permission to see her.
I know the crowd angle, but Jessica's situ. was not deteriorating by the minute while a remedy was so easy.
If that were true no kids could be taken from their abusive parents.
I saw it, and that's why I said what I did. It's short and to the point and refutes these people who keep saying "she would be better off."
I meant to say that Demers is the Chief Justice at the 2nd District court of appeals...he could have taken Greer off this case and should have when things got hot.
I wonder where HE is???????
The doctor that the DCF uses went and spent 90 minutes with her.
The nurses were AFRAID of MICHAEL and several TOOK OUT A RESTRAINING ORDER?

I learned from Terri's sister that Michael Shiavo is 6'6" ( that is TALL ) and very much a controller....but did this CREEP actually INTIMIDATE those caring for TERRI?
Worse....did he GET HIS NURSING DEGREE in order to help him TORTURE Terri while he kept her hidden from the public and locked the door while he messed with her heart and soul?

Halls, you are correct. The DCF did show up to take Terri around 5:30 ish. They did not have a court order so the 'group' from DCF was refused request to take Terri. BUT, one DCF person was allowed to go to Terru's room and view her. They did that and left.
This was some legal expert in Florida who read the statute. He said that was what enabled Greer to turn it down.
And isn't Greer the GAL?
Ok all I'm going to bed, can't stay awake another minute! I wll hopefully hear good news in the morning, I can't take another bad night!
