Must depend on the Best Buy. I probably lucked out with a good salesguy. I don't shop there often though. They're usually more expensive than everyone else.

REally? I think they have great prices. And I can order online and go pick it up. Can't be beat. But their customer service is kinda lousy. As compared to Circuit City where they won't leave you alone for 5 minutes.

Another thing about Best Buy, is that they use a really hard sell to try to talk you into getting their credit card, their extended warranties, and all sorts of accessory stuff you don't want or need, but that they try to convince you you do need it.

We returned the computer, after a lot of grief from them (we'd only had it a WEEK!). Went to Office Depot, bought us a laptop, and we were in and out of there in 10 minutes. (I'm on the very same laptop as I type this - I love it!)
