REally? I think they have great prices. And I can order online and go pick it up. Can't be beat. But their customer service is kinda lousy. As compared to Circuit City where they won't leave you alone for 5 minutes.
Maybe it's my own perception. I gave up and bought the ipod there. They have cheap CDs I'll give them that.

I bought a minicam from them, the next to last time I shopped there. I forget the exact numbers, but the online price was 75.00 cheaper than the in-store price.
You know that price guarantee they have? Man o' man, were they pissed when I held them to it. "There is no way I am going to go home, put it on my credit card and then drive back here to this store to pick it up." Again, just loud enough for those around to hear.
They did not believe me about the price...."Where is your computer? Let's pull up your web page." They still tried to talk me out of it. "That doesn't include our website!" Yeah right, that's when I added Clark Howard's name to my rant. Sometimes that scares them.
