Getting new laws passed in the Florida House & Senate (or by the U.S. House and U.S. Senators) is all well and good, but it won't do any good if WE ALL leave in corrupt, unjust judges.

Representative Dave Weldon (R-FL) and Senator Mel Martinez (R-FL) have just introduced the "Incapacitated Persons Legal Protection Act" (H.R. 1151, S. 539). If passed into law, this bill would make an immediate impact toward protecting the lives of people like Terri Schiavo, insuring that a disabled person's constitutional rights are not trampled, simply because that person is unable to speak for him- or herself.
With time running out for Terri, we must take immediate action to create a groundswell of support for this legislation.
Action Item #1--Contact Your New York Senators! Please call your U.S. senators and urge them to stand for those who cannot speak for themselves by co-sponsoring the "Incapacitated Persons Legal Protection Act" (S. 539).

IF they can print this as truth WHY aren't lawyers able to extract her from this man and allow her parents to care for her?
What I can't understand is, why can't her parents get a change of Venue to get this case out of Greer's courtroom. That poor excuse for a human being shouldn't be sitting on a bench ANYWHERE, much less in a courtroom in these United States.
If Terri can swallow her own saliva - which she can - then she would be able to swallow food and water if given the chance and given the technological advances in the field. Please, Heavenly Father, help Terri to live - In Jesus Christ's Name - Amen.
Yes, most of us here know that the feeding tube is just an excuse to starve her, when actually she could swallow the Ensure that they are giving her in the feeding tube.

I've only recently been looking into Terri in-depth, and your post 56 seems to be the largest link-cluster I've found yet on this. Also, Boortz tried to say that Terri is always smiling. Funny looking smile, I would say.
