Just heard Martin Frost concede the election to Republican Pete Sessions! With 21% of precincts reporting, he trailed Sessions 57% - 43%.
To his credit, Frost's speech was brief, and gentlemanly.

I've been working against Frost since Bob Burk ran in 1984. Bob, this one's for you. Tell me about Frost's 1994 election. I've heard that Frost was behind all night until the precincts in inner city Fort Worth came in for him. Was it fraud or real? I don't necessarily assume conspiracy.

I'm displaced, too; but, I want to congratulate Tom DeLay for his efforts to get rid of Frost and Stenholm in particular. Frost was the pits and it's a long time coming. It'll be great to get up in the morning and know that worthless SOB is not a congressman anymore.
