Sinclair and 60 Minutes
PoliPundit.com ^ | 10/11/04 | PoliPundit

Liberals are whining about Sinclair Broadcasting's decision to show Stolen Honor a few days before the election.

I distinctly remember what 60 Minutes showed the Sunday before election 2002. One segment was a puff piece on African-American Democrat Texas Senate candidate Ron Kirk, featuring commentary by Molly Ivins. The other was a ludicruous conspiracy piece titled "Doctor Death and his accomplice," which insinuated that South African police had used bio-weapons against blacks.

It doesn't take a genius to appreciate which party that show was designed to help.

Every night the CBS, NBC and ABC run half-hour promotionals for the Democrats and they have the nerve to complain about this! These networks and CNN have been running left-wing propaganda for years.

Now, someone wants to broadcast the truth and they are apopleptic.

Let them whine. The more they complain, the more awareness of the film. Michael Moore and P.T. Barnum know that controversy is free publicity.

yeah, and the demorats and 18 senators are objecting as well, check the link. I guess they figure the 1st amendment only applies to traitors like Moore and not Veterans.

The demorats need to be stopped, it's gone beyond the beyondo anymore, they are corrupt, no good sellouts that have gone socialist/communist. Arrrrghhh...I'm sick to death of their whining phoney blather.

CNN did a full blown puff-piece on Kerry just yesterday evening.

Of the media, by the media and for the media is the only definition of politics and government that seems reasonable to them. They want to be the only actor on stage. Everyone else belongs in the audiance.

Give me a break!

I'm going to call my local TV outlets and ask them if they intend to show the movie. CA is not really a swing state, but it might become one if people saw that movie.

If the DIMS are complaining about this,

why is the RNC not complaining about the possible showing of Michael Moron's F-911 on the eve of the election?

I just got finished listening to local news "Channel 4 Action News" in Pittsburgh(AllBullCrap). They spent 4 minutes talking about Sinclair groups decision to air "anti-Kerry propaganda film" we want to assure you that WE`RE not showing it, Fox 53 is though. They went on talking about how it`s wrong and the rats have their panties in a twist. Then their news went off and ABC network news came on. They went into how poor John Kerry keeps getting picked on by that mean President Bush. During this time 5 Kerry ads were run, NONE for Dubya. Then they came back and talked about Christopher Reeve for 5 minutes, then ran another Kerry ad. Next they`re talking about elections in Afghanistan. The local honks never mentioned mucous morons` film being aired as well, never mentioned Sinclair OWNS all the stations the film is airing on so noone is being put upon. Network nuisance did their Kerry crap, whined about Chris Reeve, did thier piece about Afghan elections, mentioned that former STERIOD ABUSER and CRIMINAL Ken Caminitti died of a heart attack... all the while no mention of the PRESIDENT, no mention that moron`s movie a pack of lies, no thanks to Dubya for being responsible for ending 5,000 years with no elections in Afghanistan, finally ending with a movie about High School football. BUt airing anti- Kerry film is misuse of "PUBLIC AIRWAYS" what a load of STEAMING, STINKING, HORSE SHI...

Exactly.

What is the difference from this documentary and the 1 hour bi-weekly 60 minutes?
