Do us a favor and see if you can find pictures of some Hakka Chinese. Thanks.

I'll see what I can find. I have a theory that there are probably some pictures of Hakka Chinese (or Korean/Japanese relatives of the Hakka) in ancient art, but perhaps not identified as Hakka, so perhaps going through some ancient paintings or murals or something like that might turn up some pictures. I'd also like to see photos of their modern descendants, so if you come across any of those please let me know.

Just for the record and off topic, there was a good program on National Geographic channel over the weekend on the Santorenee volcano and a resultant tidal wave that destroyed the Minoans on Crete.

There were really good views of the crater island and divers descending into the crater.

Thanks bert. If it's old, it's on topic, lol. I've seen a number of the documentaries on Santorini...I'll keep my eye out for this one.

Watch this, I'll make a connection to Santorini and this discussion:
