"We're women. We enjoy sex." About as honest as any other marketing slogan.
To: Lazamataz
What you said. I seriously can't think of anything that's funnier than that.

The point is that all of the things they are talking about already exist. There have been female-run, female-owned, female-oriented purveyors of sexually oriented merchandise for years, so it's just kind of silly for them to act as if they just invented it.

"female empowered" adult entertainment the kind with plots, foreplay and cuddling in the afterglow Oh, yeah, That sounds like fun. Maybe the porn can stop in the middle and the actors can talk about their feelings or where their relationship is going?

I think this is a consequence of female economic clout. Women that have an independent means of support can and will think about sex differently then women who don't have that independence. I suspect this was seen during WWII when you had large numbers of women in the workforce as well. A lot of this reduces to economics. The rest is a function of social mores and morays but they are taking their lead from the economic aspects. Technology (internet, DVD's) play a small role, but a role nonetheless.

Why didn't I think of that? I knew a couple of guys in college who started up a live-video internet porn business. They were each making about $500,000 after the first year of business. I wish I'd thought of that, too.

"Women have a voice now `This is what I want and this is how I want it,' " said Ms. Ross. Reminds me of good ol' Sam Kinison. "Just tell us, women, tell us! We'll do it! Ah! Aaaaahhhhhhh!"

I believe thay have hired Howie Feltersnatch as a consultant. Is that the guy from Rod Johnson & Associates?

They kid of redefine the term "bush supporters"..... Hmmm.... Considering general trends in porn-related grooming, I would guess that these chicks say "no to bush."
