Bush's proposal does not even address this, except to give some hollow promise that "the borders will be protected". He doesn't even discuss student immigration, which was the source of the 9/11 terrorists.

He didn't need to, The Patriot Act did that but I'll bet you hate the Patriot Act too.

No, I think I support the Patriot Act. I've actually been trying to ignore it (horrors!). What does it say about student immigration?
