BREAKING: Paul Ryan’s PAC Elected Democrat Conor Lamb
Big League Politics ^ | 03/14/2018 | Wall Crane

In the most astonishingly bone-headed move since nominating Mitt Romney for President, the GOP establishment spent major cash to help elect Democrat Conor Lamb in last night’s highly contested PA-18 special election.

Yes, you read that right. Failed Vice Presidential Candidate Paul Ryan and his Congressional Leadership Fund pushed a Democrat to victory over a Republican with direct mail advertising touting support “for our Second Amendment Rights.”

I’ll repeat that again. A so-called GOP PAC led by Paul Ryan spent thousands of dollars in a direct mail campaign to convince voters that Conor Lamb was a conservative who would protect American’s gun rights in Congress.

I question the authenticity of this “news” story. If this were true, the major MSM would be just running wild with it. I did a quick search, and it shows up nowhere else.

Until proven otherwise, it’s fake news.

Hmmmmm? A former USMC, running as a Democrat, a pro 2nd amendment and pro lifer, could this Lamb be a wolf in sheep’s clothing? Something fishy about his win.

Looks like this was an attempt to undermine democrat support for Lamb by showing his lack of support for gun control. The leadership fund paid for multiple ads against Lamb. Why would they pay for both pro and anti-lamb if the intent was to get Lamb elected?

No, they would be doing exactly what they're doing. Nothing. Because Paul Ryan is, as always, furthering the left's agenda. Why on earth would they blow his cover?

House Speaker Paul Ryan’s super PAC released its first television ad Friday, targeting Pennsylvania’s March special congressional election.

The $1.5 million ad blitz by the Congressional Leadership Fund dubs Democratic candidate Conor Lamb one of House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi’s “sheep” busy promoting her “extreme agenda.”

“His name is Conor Lamb. But in Washington, he’d be one of Nancy Pelosi’s sheep,” a narrator in the ad says. “Lamb would join the liberal flock and follow Pelosi’s lead. Voting the straight liberal party line for Pelosi’s extreme agenda.”

This is only the CLF’s latest effort to support Republican state Rep. Rick Saccone in the upcoming special election to take place on March 13. Earlier this month, CLF opened two field offices in Pennsylvania’s 18th congressional district with 50 full-time doorknockers.

“Nancy Pelosi is the most unpopular, most toxic elected official in the country, and Conor Lamb is running to be her rubber stamp in Congress,” CLF Executive Director Corry Bliss said. “Pennsylvanians deserve a proven conservative leader like Rick Saccone, who will stand up for Pennsylvania families and their values.”

It could have sent to depress Democrat support for him.

Also, lets not forget that the NRA often supported Democrats.

You may be right, hard to tell these days. I don’t trust Ryan completely so that is why it’s believable.

I’m finished with the GOP, with the sole exception of Trump.

How I wish Trump would create his own party, the GOP is rotten to the core

The Bush League Republicans will always help elect a Democrat to prevent the citizens from keeping their country.

I don’t care much for some of them but that will never keep me from fighting the democrats who are intent on destroying America.

Maybe it’s just this simple: The Republicans are dying to be rid of Trump, but they don’t dare put their fingerprints on the weapon.

They make a lackluster effort in November 2018, running a bunch of nevertrumpers, country clubbers, and cheap labor shills, and the Democrats take the House.

The new House files charges, and the Senate (where there are already AT LEAST 19 Republican votes to convict) show Trump the door.

‘The Bush League Republicans will always help elect a Democrat to prevent the citizens from keeping their country.’

This is another reason it is so believable...

It's not smart.

It's the elites undercutting Trump.

Ryan is a dirty lowdown sneak. May all his political ambitions crash on the rocks. May he go into oblivion as a traitor and a turncoat!

When you see crap like this on dodgy blog sites, it’s a good idea to wait and see if it’s true before posting. We have enough fake news as it is from the MSM.

Don’t know PA’s campaign contributor laws but there should be some file of this on public record. If there is none then these very divisive accusations against the House Speaker are highly questionable and a very clever political attack that should be exposed as without merit.

They spent 10 MILLION dollars trying to save this ONE seat, and failed.

That sounds like the party of bush. They’ve done everything they can to torpedo Trump’s agenda...Basically a big middle finger to everyone that voted for him. Not exactly a winning strategy for november.

Confirmation:

The CLF [Congressional Leadership Fund, a pro-Republican super PAC] mailer, ironically, highlights that record. The flyer, obtained by ABC News, reads: “THANK YOU CONOR LAMB FOR OPPOSING GUN RESTRICTIONS.”
